These codes are one use only, and give you one Pokemon from the duo, not both. For example, the Entei / Raiku codes will give you an Entei in Pokemon Sun or Ultra Sun, and a Raiku in Pokemon Moon and Ultra Moon.
How to Redeem your code:
1. Open your Pokemon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon game.
2. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
3. Select Receive Gift, then Yes.
4. Select Get with Code, then Yes, then Yes once more to connect.
5. Enter your code in the space provided.
7. Speak to the delivery boy in any Pokemon Center to obtain your Pokemon. You may need an empty space in your party.
8. Save your game to keep your Pokemon! If you forget to save, the delivery boy in the Pokemon Center will still have your Pokemon.
